Yes, we are making Noodles! This is a project by 4 architecture students, it is to bring joyfulness and playfulness to the World Cup fan trail. You won't get any chance to experience the deliciousness of noodles, instead of that, you will encounter them as eruptively lively creatures.Play, touch, being tangled, bite(if you want)...you can do whatever you want to them, and they will always be harmless to you.

1st Site Test
Finally, we get to test our big nooooooo0000000oooooodles on the SITE on REALITY.
The site condition really made us confident due to the landscape well buffers wind , which provide us an ideal environment for running the event.
Making 1:1 noodles
We feel loved to get the chance making real 1:1 installation. This is obviously the first 1:1 we attempt. Do you feel being surrounded? being covered or eaten by the no0odles?

Modeling No0odles
Development+experimenting materials. It really requires patience to cut all the strings, but it's worth it. We propose a more developed and exciting atmosphere with a series of dynamic experiences. The spaces of NoOodles will embrace you and hold you tight, which gives you an unexpected love during the fan trial.
Where are the No0odles?
No0odles is an event designed for the RWC fan trail in Myers Park, Auckland. It is one of around 30 events that will take place in the park over the game period. The design is currently in process by a group four second year Architecture students from University of Auckland, they are gonna put their lives into the project to make a super impressive 1:1 scale installation.
Our concept is to create multiple enterable spaces providing new experiences to the visitor through materiality, disorientation and surprise. We call these spaces no0odles!
Beginning of No0odles
A shift between a rough concept and a serious concept. Yes, we demand a more dynamic project and a more transformative space.
